Proyecto My plans. My future! Socios.

Ya tengo socios/as para el proyecto My plans. My future! gracias al espacio procomún de educalab.

Gracias a las aportaciones de mis socias Elena Remón y Olga Bonet, profesoras de inglés en España, hemos acordado reestructurar las sesiones que los alumnos tienen para preparar los blogs, las entrevistas y subir la información, de manera que tengan el tiempo suficiente y adecuado para poder hacerlo.

Mis dos socias van a replicar el mismo proyecto en sus centros.

También hemos acordado crear rúbricas o, mejor dicho, que los alumnos/as creen las rúbricas para coevaluar las presentaciones de los resultados de las entrevistas.

SESSION 1. UNIT PRESENTATION, GROUPS AND BLOG DESIGN

WELCOME!

UNIT PRESENTATION
Students get the information about the unit: sessions, activities and dates for all the activities.

GROUPS
To make groups 3 students must get together, but they shouldn't have worked together before!!! They must get a group name and design a logo, flag, symbol for the group.


BLOG DESIGN
Each group is going to start a blog using blogger. Follow the instructions:

How to make a blog with blogger

You need: a google / gmail account and start the blog.

Give your blog address to your teacher.

The project: My plans. My future!

We are going to work on a project.

PRODUCT: Students in groups of three will prepare a blog with all the activities of the project.

TIME: 14 sessions

TEMPORALIZACIÓN: 14 sesiones

1. UNIT PRESENTATION, GROUPS & BLOG DESIGN

2. PLANS & INTENTIONS: Vocabulary review on free time activities and dayly routines. Grammar study: present continuous and going to. Use of Smart Notebook 11.

3. FUTURE EXPRESSIONS: Vocabulary review and extension. Mini-dialogues about the future.

4. LISTENING TO PLANS & INTENTIONS: Listening of dialogues and getting the general idea, specific information...

5. DIALOGUES: NEXT WEEKEND: Practice of dialogues about plans for the weekend.

6. EMAIL ABOUT THE WEEKEND: Writing a short email about the weekend. Sending it to a partner for correction and then, to the teacher for marking. 

7. PLANS SURVEY: Mini-investigation survey about plans and intetions for the week: 10 questions, practice of questions. Questionnaire for 10 people they know in English and recorded.

8. SURVEY CONCLUSIONS: Analysis of mini-investigation survey and co-evaluation of other groups. 

9. FUTURE WILLS: Vocabulary about technology and discoveries. Grammar about future with will. Game 20 questions about students in 2020 to find out their wishes. 

10. DIALOGUES ABOUT THE FUTURE: Listening and practice of dialogues about future.

11. WRITING: short writing aobut projects for the future. Students corrections within the groups and handed later to the teacher for marking. 

12. FUTURE SURVERY: mini-investigation survey about the future: 10 questions to 10 people they know in English and recorded.

13.  SURVEY CONCLUSIONS: Analysis of mini-investigation survey about the future. Co-evaluation of other groups.

14. BLOGS PRESENTATION & REVISION.
